DESK JOB POSTURE ISSUES AND LEG ACHE

My work is office-based and I tend to be seated for over 11 hours, thus I have had issues with my posture and seen many chiropractors and physiotherapists in and around Hertfordshire/London.

Whilst they have given me temporary relief I continued to suffer until and by chance I came across FIT Team, after speaking to Mark I met him for an assessment. He discovered the cause of my dull yet painful aching legs - my coaxes were tilted and twisted but after two treatments the pain had gone and I’ve never looked back.

He’s not only helped me but many others including my cousin who’d been bedridden with severe back pain. I called Mark and he was able to fit my cousin in at short notice and after two treatments to his lower back and hips, my cousin is mobile again.

When people ask me for my thoughts on FIT Team, my response is that Mark is like a detective he investigates (listens to you, understands the working of the body) and solves the problem, many times I have said that I have pain here but he tells me the root lies elsewhere and is always right.

Mark is not only good at resolving the immediate pain but he also gives long term advice to prevent it from reoccurring.
